Whether you’re an all out Belieber or a closeted one, pop fans in Seattle are in for the kind of treat that may just make your sweet tooth tremble as Justin Bieber gets set to open his third world tour March 9th at KeyArena.
In support of his fourth album, Purpose, The Biebs will likely be pulling out all the stops in what’s sure to be a highly-produced scream-fest of teenage heartthrob madness. The twenty-two year-old artist has gone from YouTube sensation to Grammy award winner in a mere six years since the release of his first studio album and as much chatter as you hear about what he’s putting out there, the kid’s output is proven pop platinum. And gold. And silver. Hell, let’s throw some brilliant diamonds in the pot and see just how sparkly we can get.
It’s hard to deny the addictive nature of a great pop song, and with Purpose, Bieber has put together some of the most skilled producers, instrumentation, and that oh-so-recognizable falsetto for an album that’s hard to turn off. The album is a redemptive one for the young star, one where you’ll find him tackling more emotional nuance than ever before. There’s motivation and maturity, and some pretty sick beats. So don’t try to resist, you know you want to see this one.
