Charlotte-based rapper Deniro Farrar played The Vera Project Friday night to a young and energetic crowd. These kids were definitely ready to have a good time, as the dancing and hollering began long before opener Mackned even took the stage. The slot times were pushed an hour back, and the crowd slowly started taking over the stage in dance protest. All was well, however, as Farrar performed into the night, turning the savage, cavernous Project into his own tamed musical beast.
