I photographed the band Ironwood Run last April (I think) at a benefit concert at WSU’s Senior Ball Room.
Ironwood Run was pretty good too, I really enjoyed their tunes. They remeinded me of Conor Oberst and Bright Eyes. They have that acoustic and folk sound to them, along with a sort of underground feeling. I really liked them. You can check them out here and enjoy these photos I took of them at the concert.
I really like photographing this band, there is just something about them that was really fun to take photo of them, and hope to in the future.

what camera do you usually use, and what lens for this kind of thing?
I use a Nikon D60 (which is an alright camera) with a f/1.8 35mm lens (which is great). My f/1.8 lens is what allows me to take concert photos because of its light gathering ability. My hope is to get a nikon D3 camera, because it has the best light gathering ability of any camera in the world.
